◎ Aussehen

Hazy golden-amber hue with a cloudy, diffuse appearance characteristic of the style. A modest white head forms and settles to a thin collar with light lacing. Carbonation is gentle and steady, appropriate for the alcohol-free profile.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with dank, resinous hop character from Mosaic and El Dorado, layered beneath bright tropical fruit: ripe mango and pineapple dominate, with supporting citrus notes. A subtle herbal and slightly earthy undertone grounds the bouquet without overshadowing the fruit-forward profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and smooth, with a fuller body than typical non-alcoholic offerings. Mango and pineapple flavors sit alongside gentle citrus acidity, underpinned by a light sweetness mid-palate. Bitterness remains restrained despite 40 IBU, allowing the fruit and resinous hop character to take center stage.

The finish is clean and juicy, with a lingering trace of spice and resiny hop character fading gradually. No harsh drying or astringency—the aftertaste remains refreshing and inviting.
