Redwell Passionfruit IPA

◎ Aussehen

Hazy golden amber with a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass in delicate lacing. The cloudiness derives from oats in the mash and suspended yeast, creating a soft, opaque body that catches the light. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, supporting the creamy mouthfeel.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with prominent tropical fruit notes—passionfruit, mango, and stone fruit—layered with a sweet, vanilla-like character reminiscent of ice cream. Citra and Simcoe hops contribute bright citrus and pine undertones that frame the fruit without overwhelming it. A subtle earthy note grounds the profile, balancing the overall sweetness.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and juicy, with a full-bodied sweetness that rolls across the palate before transitioning into a clean, measured hop bitterness in the mid-palate. The finish introduces a sharp, tart passionfruit acidity that cuts through the richness and provides welcome contrast. The oat base delivers a smooth, creamy texture throughout.
