◎ Aussehen

Pale golden with a hazy, opaque quality characteristic of the style. The head is modest but persistent, with fine carbonation visible throughout. Lacing clings softly to the glass as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe mango and pineapple, driven by the fermented fruit integration rather than a late addition. The Citra, Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe hops underscore this with their own tropical character, layering orange zest and subtle stone-fruit notes. Soft, grainy malts provide a gentle backdrop without asserting themselves.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with juicy mango and pineapple, carried across a round, creamy body built on soft oats. The bitterness remains mild and integrated, never sharp, while stone-fruit notes emerge in the mid-palate. The malt character stays subdued, allowing fruit and hop character to occupy the foreground.

◑ Abgang

The finish is fruity and moderately long, with a faint bitter edge providing structure and preventing any cloying sweetness. The mango fades gracefully into a clean, dry conclusion.
