Redwell Passionfruit IPA
Redwell's fruitiest beer at 5.5%, long known as Chewy and now named after its fruit. Citra, Chinook and Simcoe are added at set points in the brew; oats in the mash give the hazy beer a robust, smooth body. The aroma is tropical with an ice-cream-like sweetness; the palate moves from that sweetness into a rich hop bitterness and ends on a tart splash of passionfruit. Juicy and rounded, a favourite at the brewery taproom, sold on draught and in cans.
