◐ Taste

The palate opens with bright, accessible hop bitterness from Bravo and Chinook that integrates smoothly rather than aggressively. Blackcurrant fruit and subtle berry notes develop through the mid-palate, paired with the beer's lightly tart character that enlivens without overwhelming. The 5.6% ABV remains well-hidden, allowing the interplay between hoppy bitterness, fruit complexity, and controlled acidity to take centre stage.
