The nose is dominated by piney Edelhopfen character balanced with prominent citrus peel notes. Mosaic and Simcoe deliver distinct aromatic clarity—grapefruit zest and floral undertones sit above a subtle herbal backdrop. The malt foundation remains restrained, allowing hop expression to remain in focus.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and hoppy, with grapefruit and orange zest leading the palate. Mid-palate develops light stone-fruit notes alongside a measured bitterness that never overwhelms. The body remains lean and well-balanced, supporting the assertive 85 IBU without harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and clean, with lingering pine and citrus notes gradually fading. Bitterness persists clearly but without astringency, leaving the palate refreshed.
