Calm Tom's presents a bright golden amber body with excellent clarity and lively carbonation. The head forms generously and maintains good retention, laying a persistent lace along the glass as it subsides. The overall presentation conveys both substance and refinement.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads decisively with ripe tropical fruit—mango and pineapple dominate the immediate impression. Beneath this fruit-forward character sits a pronounced resinous hop quality that adds herbal depth. A bright citrus edge and subtle sweet malt undertone round out the aromatic profile without obscuring the hop presence.

Entry brings sweet malt and tropical fruit forward, anchored by a firm resinous backbone that prevents any cloying character. The mid-palate holds balanced sweetness against climbing bitterness, with the alcohol warmth becoming increasingly apparent. A drying bitterness takes control through the finish, sustained by late-addition hops and lingering resin notes.
