Pulp Art Hazy Double IPA

◎ Aussehen

Hazy golden-orange with a soft, diffuse quality typical of New England IPA. The head forms generously and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a creamy visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical fruit: fresh pineapple and passion fruit from Citra and Sultana hops, with supporting stone fruit notes of peach and apricot. Sabro adds a subtle, earthy coconut undertone that does not dominate. A soft grainy backdrop rounds out the aroma without asserting grain-forward character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is round and supple, entering with the promised pineapple and passion fruit, folded into a sweet, grainy malt foundation. Mid-palate holds soft, creamy texture; a bracing bitterness emerges to balance the fruit and malt sweetness. The interplay between fruit and hop bitterness sustains through the mid-palate without sharp edges.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and moderately long, with the bracing bitterness carrying through and leaving a dry, slightly astringent aftertaste. Residual fruit fades gradually, leaving clean hop character and mild grain notes.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
