◎ Aussehen

Light gold in color with good clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The carbonation is lively and even, with delicate Schaumkleiden that cling to the glass as the beer is consumed. The body appears lean and approachable.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tropical citrus—passion fruit, mandarin, and grapefruit zest—from the Citra hop character. Beneath lies a soft, grainy Malz backbone with a faint wheat note that softens the typical pale ale punch. Clean fermentation allows the hop and grain to balance without any harsh or vegetal edge.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and slightly creamy from the wheat component, avoiding the dry, resinous bite common in hoppy beers. Mid-palate develops the tropical fruit notes—orange, lime, and stone fruit—with a measured Edelhopfen bitterness that sits at the threshold rather than overwhelming. The finish carries both the fruit and a gentle, lingering bitterness without astringency.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste is clean and crisp, with citrus and a whisper of wheat grain persisting for a moderate length. Drying without harshness, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
