The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, characteristic of a farmhouse ale matured in white wine barrels.

The nose opens with bright lemon zest and white grape notes, lifted by time spent in barrel. Beneath lies a subtle earthy funk and a whisper of oak integration—never overbearing, but present as a gentle vinous complexity. A touch of herbal spice rounds out the bouquet without dominating.

Entry is light-bodied and refreshing, with a clean tartness that frames the palate immediately. Mid-palate shows subtle dry-hopped herbal brightness and mineral character, while the barrel's soft acidity weaves through without sharpness. The low ABV allows these elements to speak clearly without warmth.
