◎ Aussehen

Perle IPA presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a pale straw tint. The head forms with moderate density and displays good adhesion to the glass, creating fine lacing as it settles. Carbonation is crisp and well-integrated, evident in the steady stream of small bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent tropical fruit notes—ripe peach and mandarin peel dominate the aromatic profile. Beneath the fruit, a distinctive resinous and piney character emerges from the hop selection, grounded by a clean, subtle cereal maltiness. The overall impression is fresh and inviting without excessive alcohol warmth.

◐ Geschmack

The palate arrives with a light cereal malt foundation that carries moderate body and sweetness on entry. Mid-palate brings forward the tropical and citrus character, balanced by a firm but not aggressive bitterness measured at 60 IBU. The hop resin and pine notes develop steadily, creating complexity without overpowering the fruit.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and dry, with lingering peach and piney hop notes fading gradually. The refreshing quality persists through the aftertaste, leaving no residual sweetness.
