◎ Aussehen

Pale golden with a subtle haze characteristic of wheat malt dominance. The head forms quickly with fine, delicate bubbles and maintains a thin collar of lacing. Carbonation appears bright and even, with gentle effervescence rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus and fresh orange peel from Mallorcan fruit, supported by clean floral hop notes that suggest lavender and chamomile. Wheat malt contributes a soft, slightly bready undertone without heaviness, while the house yeast character remains restrained and neutral, allowing the adjuncts to speak clearly.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters soft and approachable, with wheat malt providing a silky texture rather than assertiveness. Citrus and orange flavors develop across the mid-palate, balanced by moderate noble hop bitterness that sits at 60 IBU—present but not aggressive. The finish dries gradually without astringency, maintaining the hop character without overwhelming the delicate base.

Medium-length finish with lingering citrus and a subtle floral fade. The aftertaste remains clean and refreshing, with no harsh phenols or residual sweetness.
