◌ Aroma

The nose is lifted and characterful, led by the distinctive New Zealand hop profile. Fresh lime zest and white grape dominate, accompanied by delicate floral notes that distinguish this beer from traditional European pilsner expressions. The aromatic intensity is restrained yet inviting, without any rough or resinous edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens clean and crisp, with a gentle malz backbone providing subtle sweetness and structure. Mid-palate develops a pleasant bitterness from the New Zealand hops, maintaining that citrus and floral character seen on the nose. The body remains light and refreshing, with carbonation enhancing overall drinkability throughout.

The finish is dry and pleasingly bitter, with Antipodean hop character lingering long enough to encourage another sip. No harshness or astringency intrudes; instead, a harmonious fade invites continued enjoyment.
