◎ Aussehen

Medium golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and bright light transmission. A dense, off-white head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated, creating steady streams of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

Assertive citrus and tropical hop character dominates, with prominent notes of orange peel and tangerine layered against subtle stone-fruit undertones. A restrained but clean malt base supports without overwhelming, while the British-inspired technique imparts a dry, sophisticated herb complexity. No yeast-driven esters or adjunct notes intrude.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and hoppy, with bold citric bitterness developing across the mid-palate. The 60 IBU load is precise rather than harsh, balanced by a light, dry malted backbone that contributes subtle cereal notes without sweetness. Slight orange-zest and stone-fruit flavors emerge mid-sip, fading into a lean, mineral finish.

Medium-length, dry aftertaste with lingering hop bitterness and a faint citric astringency. Clears cleanly without residual sweetness, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
