The beer presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation. A dense, white foam head forms quickly and adheres well to the glass, leaving crisp lacing as the beer is consumed. The overall presentation is clean and inviting, reflecting the beer's straightforward character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads immediately with assertive citrus notes—predominately orange and grapefruit peel—layered over crisp Edelhopfen character. Beneath the hop-forward profile, subtle malt backbone emerges, providing a light foundation without competing with the floral and zesty top notes. The aroma remains clean and focused throughout, with no yeast-derived esters clouding the impression.

◐ Geschmack

On the palate, bright citrus flavors dominate the entry, transitioning to a balanced mid-palate where gentle malt sweetness steadies the composition. The hop bitterness emerges smoothly in the mid-palate, building to a moderate and clean finish without harshness. The 60 IBU are well-integrated, providing structure and dryness without overwhelming the citrus character that defines the beer.

The finish is crisp and moderately dry, with lingering citrus notes and a gentle hop bite that fades cleanly. No astringency or off-flavors remain in the aftertaste, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
