A bright golden-amber hue fills the glass, conveying both the Edelhopfen character and restrained malt bill of this American IPA. The beer presents excellent clarity with lively carbonation that builds a dense, persistent head; fine Schaumhaftung clings to the sides as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced citrus notes—orange zest and grapefruit—layered atop a subtle floral undertone reminiscent of herbal tea. Behind the hop-forward character sits a clean, pale malz foundation that does not intrude, allowing the aromatic Edelhopfen varieties to command attention without earthiness or resinous harshness.

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with citrus flavors—orange and grapefruit—taking the lead on the palate. Mid-palate develops a moderate bitterness (60 IBU) that integrates smoothly rather than harshly; the dry, light body maintains drinkability while the finish carries a fruity, slightly floral fade without astringency.

The finish is clean and medium in length, with lingering bitter notes that gradually yield to a dry, hoppy aftertaste. No cloying sweetness or heavy residue remains.
