Land & Sea XPA presents a bright, pale golden hue that catches the light with clarity and vibrancy. A fine white head forms at the pour and settles into a thin, persistent collar with good schaumhaftung. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, supporting the beer's crisp, refreshing character throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical fruit aromatics—ripe passionfruit and white grape dominate, supported by fresh gooseberry and subtle citrus notes. A delicate grassy hop character underpins the fruit, adding herbal dimension without overwhelming. The overall impression is sun-warmed and inviting, with none of the typical malt backbone that might compete with the hop-driven profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and light-bodied, allowing the juicy tropical citrus notes to lead immediately across the palate. Mid-palate reveals waves of citrus and stone fruit with that characteristic Nelson Sauvin white-wine-like quality, balanced by the restrained bitterness and herbal hop dryness. The 30 IBU bitterness arrives gently, never assertive, permitting the fruit flavours to remain the focal point throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and inviting, with a dry, grassy hop fade that lingers pleasantly without harshness. A subtle peach note may emerge in the aftertaste, reinforcing the fruity character and encouraging the next sip.
