Kaiserdom Pilsener presents a bright straw-yellow hue with excellent clarity. A firm white head forms atop the glass, displaying stable retention and fine lacing along the sides. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh noble hop character, offering pronounced grassy and herbal notes typical of classic German Pilsners. Behind the hops lies a light suggestion of summer barley and crackers, creating a clean, grainy foundation without any yeasty or fruity distraction.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with crisp, snappy entry and a slim, refreshing body. Hop flavor dominates the mid-palate with pronounced bitterness and a dry character. As it develops, the bitterness strengthens toward a firm, lingering finish with only a faint fruity sweetness in the background.

The finish is long and steadily bitter, with the noble hops providing a clean, resinous drying sensation. A whisper of fruity sweetness emerges at the very end, preventing the bitterness from becoming harsh.
