Pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy, opaque character from suspended yeast and protein. A generous, creamy head forms on the pour with good initial retention and delicate lacing along the glass. Fine carbonation creates a soft, pillowy mouthfeel despite the moderate bubble structure.

◌ Aroma

Bright citrus notes dominate the nose—grapefruit zest and tangerine pith lead, with underlying herbal and slightly piney undertones from North American hops. A subtle fruity character emerges from the fermentation, adding stone fruit and apricot notes that soften the overall profile. Clean, neutral malt provides a gentle backbone without asserting grain-forward character.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and juicy, dominated by candied citrus—orange and grapefruit—with stone fruit notes supporting the mid-palate. The body is full yet pillow-soft, avoiding the harsh drying quality sometimes found in hazier styles. Bitterness is restrained and measured at 35 IBU, lingering gently on the palate without overwhelming the fruit-forward narrative.

The finish extends through fruity notes—primarily orange and apricot—with a subtle herbal flicker fading smoothly. Clean, dry conclusion without lingering astringency or metallic notes.
