◎ Aussehen

Invisible Touch presents a pale straw-gold hue with a soft, unfiltered cloudiness from the yeast that catches light beautifully. A fine white head rises on the pour and settles to a thin, persistent collar with good lacing along the glass. Carbonation is gentle and even throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh, warm biscuit—a hallmark of the double decoction mash—followed by subtle floral and honey notes. Wildflower honey and honeysuckle blossom emerge as the beer warms, layering delicately over the malty foundation. Hop character remains restrained and noble, contributing only a whisper of herbal framing.

The palate opens with soft, rounded malt sweetness—that baked biscuit character again—balanced by a clean, dry continental pilsner backbone. Light honeyed notes persist through the mid-palate without cloying. Bitterness remains low and integrated, never sharp, allowing the malt and delicate floral notes to hold centre.

The finish is clean and dry, with the biscuity malt gradually fading into a whisper of honey and a subtle herbal dryness. No lingering residue or astringency; the beer leaves the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
