Light straw gold, brilliantly clear, with fine carbonation that sustains a delicate white head. The head recedes gradually, leaving modest but persistent Schaumkleiden down the glass. The pale malt bill produces a luminous, inviting color characteristic of the Imperial IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with juicy pineapple and bright tart citrus, supported by stone fruit notes that add depth and complexity. Behind these primary hop aromatics sits a playful sweet-shop character—boiled lollies and bubblegum—that provides an intriguing candy-like counterpoint. Underlying the fruit and sweetness lies a resinous, evergreen Edelhopfen character that grounds the profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is vollmundig and satisfying, with the hop-forward character taking center stage: tropical fruit and citrus unfold across the mid-palate, followed by the sweet confectionery notes hinted at on the nose. A bold, evergreen bitterness emerges and persists without harshness, underpinned by clean pale malt that refuses to overshadow the Edelhopfen. The 9% ABV remains well-integrated, contributing warmth without obvious alcohol heat.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and dry, with the resinous hop bitterness lingering pleasantly on the palate. Faint traces of stone fruit and citrus fade slowly, leaving a clean, bitter-sweet aftertaste that invites the next sip.
