◎ Aussehen

Pale golden color with excellent clarity and bright, crystalline transparency. A dense white head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a gentle cascade of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced tropical stone fruit — ripe mango and passion fruit — layered beneath bright citrus notes of zesty orange and white grape reminiscent of Riesling. A soft floral and earthy undertone from the kettle hops provides an elegant foundation, avoiding any harsh herbal character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate presents a lean, refined malt base that allows the hop character to shine without dominance. Entry is clean and bright, with tropical and citrus flavors mirroring the aroma, while the mid-palate develops a soft, integrated bitterness that finishes dry. The 35 IBU sits comfortably between restraint and definition, never aggressive.

The finish is characteristically dry and crisp, with lingering citrus and subtle herbal notes fading cleanly. No residual sweetness or heaviness remains.
