Good Green presents a clear, bright golden hue with excellent transparency. The head forms with moderate density and exhibits stable lacing, characteristic of a well-crafted West Coast IPA. Carbonation is evident but restrained, supporting the beer's full body without excessive effervescence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent evergreen and resin notes, anchored by the Citra and Simcoe hop blend's characteristic dank expression. Secondary aromas of fruit punch, tangerine zest, and grapefruit emerge, underscored by a fresh-cut-grass edge that adds herbaceous complexity without harshness.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is full-bodied with a balanced entry that allows the hop character to lead. Mid-palate develops the citrus and stone fruit notes suggested by the aroma, while bittering compounds build steadily. The finish moves toward dryness with a lingering, resinous bitterness that persists cleanly through the swallow.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and extended, with the hopped bitterness carrying through without becoming aggressive. Aftertaste echoes the evergreen and citrus qualities, fading gradually with a pleasant astringency.
