Goma 2 presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and lively carbonation that forms a dense, white head with strong retention and fine lacing down the glass. The visual profile is characteristic of a well-executed American IPA, bright and inviting with persistent foam clinging to the sides.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent tropical fruit notes—ripe mango and passionfruit—layered with bright citrus, particularly grapefruit zest. Beneath the fruit sits a resinous, piney undertone from the Mosaic hops, while the Maris Otter malz provides subtle grain support without overwhelming the volatile hop character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate delivers an explosive hop experience true to its name, with tropical and citrus flavors dominating the mid-palate. The 60 IBU bitterness is assertive yet balanced, building a clean, dry structure without harshness. The Maris Otter malz contributes a crisp, understated sweetness that frames rather than competes with the hop intensity.

The finish is dry and crisp, with lingering resinous and citrus notes that fade cleanly over several seconds. No harsh astringency or residual sweetness remains—only a refreshing, well-integrated bitterness that invites the next sip.
