The nose opens with pronounced bread-crust and biscuit notes from the soft Malz bill, laying a warm, inviting foundation. Beneath lies a subtle earthy hop character—gentle and spice-like rather than aromatic—paired with a clean, slightly grainy yeast undertone that suggests recent fermentation. The overall impression is gentle and approachable, without aggressive botanical or floral elements.

Entry is soft and malty, with a full bread-grain sweetness that fills the mid-palate without cloying. The bitterness arrives gradually and remains restrained at 25 IBUs, presenting as a mild, herbal finish rather than a pronounced bite. The beer maintains a smooth, slightly yeasty texture throughout, with a body that feels substantial yet remains perfectly drinkable as a session lager.
