The nose leads with soft, rounded malt character—bread crust and subtle caramel sweetness dominate. Delicate earthy undertones emerge from low-intensity noble hops, while yeast contributes gentle grain and fermentation notes without astringency. No harsh phenolics or off-flavors; the profile remains clean and inviting.

Full-bodied on entry with malt-forward sweetness that develops into biscuity, bread-grain complexity across the mid-palate. Caramel and subtle wheat notes provide roundness without cloying. Bitterness remains restrained at 25 IBU, offering gentle closure rather than sharp finish; the overall impression is smooth and balanced, with yeasty depth supporting the malt foundation.
