A dense, creamy head forms readily and clings to the glass with good retention. The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, allowing the yeast sediment to remain visibly suspended throughout.

The nose leads with soft, grainy malt character complemented by a distinctive yeasty note that recalls fresh bread dough and wheat flour. Subtle mineral and earthy undertones emerge beneath, while a delicate honey-like sweetness provides roundness without cloying. Noble hop character is restrained, allowing the malt and fermentation profile to dominate.
