Pale golden hue with bright clarity and fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass in delicate bands. The carbonation is lively but gentle, characteristic of a well-conditioned lager. Poured at 7–9°C, the beer presents a clean, inviting visual profile without haze or turbidity.

◌ Aroma

Bready, grainy malt character dominates the nose, with soft notes of wheat and grain sweetness. A whisper of floral Edelhopfen emerges on closer inspection, restrained and refined rather than assertive. Clean lager fermentation sits beneath, allowing the malt and subtle hop aromatics to remain in balance.

The palate opens with soft, biscuity malt that fills the mouth with gentle sweetness and a light breadiness. Mid-palate remains malty and smooth, with minimal hop bitterness (22 IBU) that integrates seamlessly rather than dominates.
