A white, substantial head forms on the pour and persists with fine Schaumkleiden along the glass walls, indicative of good protein and carbonation balance. The body shows brightness without haze, characteristic of a well-executed Dortmunder Export.

The nose leads with soft honey and delicate floral blossom notes that unfold gradually. Orange peel and hay-like noble hop character emerge in the mid-aroma, creating a balanced and inviting profile. The malt contributes a subtle biscuit undertone that complements rather than dominates the aromatic presentation.
