The carbonation is crisp and even, with a steady stream of small bubbles rising through the body. The beer presents a clean, inviting appearance typical of a well-crafted Export lager.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with the delicate herbal and floral notes of Tettnanger and Hallertauer hops, giving way to a clean, grainy maltiness underneath. There is a mineral quality reminiscent of soft water, alongside subtle bread crust aromas that suggest a balanced malt bill. The overall impression is refined and restrained, with no aggressive or harsh elements.

On the palate, a crisp, clean entry leads into a dry mid-section where the hop character—herbaceous and gently floral—sits prominently without overwhelming. The malty backbone provides bready sweetness and a light mineral note, while the restrained bitterness (25 IBU) acts as a framework rather than a focal point. The beer finishes lean and quenching, with good balance between grain and noble-hop spice.
