◎ Aussehen

Pale gold in color with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head is white, creamy, and densely fine-bubbled, clinging persistently to the glass. Fine carbonation creates a soft, delicate mousse throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose presents a refined floral hop character, typical of noble Edelhopfen varieties, with subtle citrus undertones adding complexity. Clean malt backdrop supports the hop expression without asserting itself. No yeast esters or sulfur notes detract from the crisp, classical profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and gently rounded, with restrained bitterness initially on the palate. The body remains lean and elegant, with particularly fine carbonation contributing to a crisp mouthfeel. Mid-palate transitions smoothly into a pronounced hop bitterness that builds steadily and asserts itself clearly through the finish.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and lingering, with hop bitterness persisting well into the aftertaste. Clean, mineral-like dryness marks the close, leaving no sweetness or alcohol warmth behind.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C für maximale Frische servieren. Ein zu warm serviertes Pilsner verliert seinen charakteristischen Biss.
