New Slang 11 presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation visible throughout. The head is dense and persistent, leaving distinct lacing on the glass as it settles. The overall presentation is bright and inviting, typical of a well-executed modern IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant candied fruit and berry notes from Superdelic, immediately apparent and generous. Sabro and Citra hops layer in resinous undertones and bright citrus zest, creating a complex and layered bouquet. The biotransformation process yields a clean, integrated hop character without harsh edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with sweet berry and tropical fruit character that develops into a resinous mid-palate with zesty citrus notes. Bitterness arrives measured and proportional, balancing the fruit without dominating. The low ABV allows the hop character to shine without alcohol warmth, maintaining freshness throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and clean, with lingering citrus and resin notes that fade gradually. A subtle residual fruit character persists in the aftertaste without cloying sweetness.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
