◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and excellent transparency. A tight, persistent head forms on the pour and leaves fine lacing down the glass. The carbonation is crisp and lively, evidenced by a steady stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes—orange and lemon zest dominate immediately, supported by resinous pine undertones. Fresh herbal and floral hop character comes through cleanly, with only subtle malt sweetness in the background. The aromatic profile is clean and direct, free from oxidation or off-notes.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with bright citrus and hop bitterness in balanced tandem. Mid-palate develops subtle stone fruit and a light, crisp dryness that cuts through cleanly. The finish is bitter and assertive without harshness—bittering units integrate naturally into the overall structure.

◑ Abgang

Medium finish with lingering hop bitterness and a dry, refreshing aftertaste. The beer fades clean, leaving no cloying sweetness or sticky residue.
