Bright golden hue with excellent clarity, true to the beer's name. Fine white head forms with moderate retention and delicate lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is evident and well-integrated, creating a gently effervescent column.

◌ Aroma

Stone fruit and passionfruit notes lead the bouquet, with a supporting floral undertone that rounds out the top. The Edelhopfen character is restrained and refined, allowing subtle sweet Malz notes to emerge beneath. No harsh phenolic or solvent notes; the overall impression is clean and inviting.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light and crisp with a gentle toffee sweetness from crystal Malz. Mid-palate remains focused and dry without becoming thin, with the moderate bitterness from Pride of Ringwood providing structure and preventing any cloying character. The finish pivots decisively toward hop bitterness rather than residual sweetness.

◑ Abgang

Short to medium length with a clean, dry aftertaste. The bitterness lingers pleasantly without astringency, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
