The nose is delicate and restrained, opening with herbal and earthy notes from Pride of Ringwood that ground the profile. Topaz hops add a subtle layer of lychee and citrus peel, bringing a light floral-fruity complexity without overwhelming the palate. The overall aromatic signature is fresh and dry, with minimal malt presence and no yeast-derived esters.

Entry is clean and crisp, with a light body that delivers the promised dryness immediately. Mid-palate is dominated by herbal and subtle citrus notes, with a gentle malty foundation providing just enough backbone. The bitterness is restrained at 15 IBU, offering a firm but not aggressive finish that remains balanced and refreshing throughout.
