◎ Aussehen

A very clear pale gold, bright and luminous in the glass with excellent transparency. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, producing a fine, delicate head that settles quickly into a thin collar. The visual clarity demonstrates the beer's clean fermentation and refined production.

◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and inviting, leading with soft grain and a light cereal quality from the malt and adjunct base. A cool, minty hop character emerges on the upper register, courtesy of the German Polaris variety, adding a gentle herbal edge without dominating. The overall impression is fresh and composed rather than aromatic.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and light, with rounded malt character and a soft sweetness from the higher extract content introduced in the 2025 rework. Mid-palate develops a mild, controlled bitterness and grassy-hoppy notes that persist without aggression. The beer remains smooth and sessionable throughout, balancing dryness with subtle maltiness.

◑ Abgang

A clean, glassy, dry finish with a lingering whisper of bitterness and hop herbal tone. The aftertaste is short and refreshing, leaving no residual sweetness and returning quickly to the palate's baseline.
