Bighead presents a pale straw colour with excellent clarity and luminosity. A fine white head forms on the pour, displaying crisp Schaumhaftung that gradually settles into a delicate collar. The beer shows active carbonation throughout, with a bright and inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with fresh grain and malt sweetness, grounded in the character of quality malted barley. A restrained herbal hop note emerges in the background, lending subtle floral and grassy undertones without assertiveness. The overall impression is clean and straightforward, with no vinous or off-putting character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters clean and crisp, built on a cracker-like malz foundation that provides subtle bready sweetness. A soft floral quality appears mid-palate, balanced by gentle herbal bitterness from the German hops. The beer finishes dry and brisk, with light body and no cloying residue, maintaining excellent drinkability throughout.

The finish is brisk and dry, with fine carbonation lending a refreshing snap. A light herbal and malty aftertaste lingers briefly before fading cleanly, leaving no lingering sweetness or harsh bitterness.
