Double Delta presents a pale golden hue with bright clarity and excellent transparency. The head is dense and persistent, clinging to the glass with fine lacing after each sip. Carbonation is vigorous and well-integrated, creating a lively visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately dominated by resinous and piney hop character, with Citra and Mosaic varieties delivering prominent tropical and citrus notes. Beneath these lies a clean, neutral maltiness that serves as a backdrop rather than a focal point. The aromatic profile is fresh and intensely hoppy without veering into harsh or soapy territory.

The palate opens with balanced bitterness that unfolds gradually across the mid-palate, where resinous and tropical hop flavours take centre stage. The pale malt provides a dry, slightly grainy foundation that supports rather than competes with the hop expression. At 7.8% ABV, there is a subtle warmth present, but it remains well-controlled and does not dominate the beer's structure.
