◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with pronounced haze throughout, lending an opaque, milky appearance characteristic of the New England style. The dense, creamy head builds generously and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Gentle carbonation produces a soft, pillowy foam.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe tropical stone fruit—pineapple and mango dominate the profile, layered with subtle citrus highlights from the Citra and Simcoe hops. Soft wheat and oat malt provide a gentle, sweet backdrop without any grassy or herbal edge. The yeast remains clean and unobtrusive, allowing the aromatic hop character to breathe.

◐ Geschmack

The entry is smooth and creamy, driven by malted wheat and oat flakes that build a velvety mouthfeel. Mid-palate delivers concentrated tropical fruit—mango juice forward, with brisk but restrained hop bitterness (50 IBU) that never overwhelms. The finish resolves with juicy, refreshing citrus notes and a subtle dry edge.
