The nose leads with juicy stone fruit and tropical character from the Mosaic hops—ripe mango, peach and papaya dominate the initial impression. Citrus notes of tangerine and grapefruit sit beneath, supported by subtle sweetness from the oat bill that adds a soft, grain-forward undertone. The overall aromatic profile remains bright and inviting without harsh hop volatility.

Entry is smooth and rounded, with the oat bill delivering a creamy, almost silky texture across the palate. Mid-palate unfolds with pronounced mango and ripe citrus flavors that sit comfortably above a restrained bitterness of around 50 IBU—enough for structure without aggression. The finish remains clean and soft, the low bitterness and gentle yeast character allowing the fruity hop character to linger pleasantly.
