Deep orange body with bright clarity and excellent carbonation, producing a persistent white head with fine lacing that clings to the glass walls. The color sits at the deeper end of the amber spectrum, characteristic of the Vienna and Pilsner malt base. Head retention is strong throughout the tasting.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced tropical fruit notes—pineapple and honeysuckle dominate the first impression—followed by assertive pine sap and resinous hop character. A subtle earthy undertone emerges beneath, suggesting forest floor and dried vegetation. The Azacca, Mosaic and Simcoe hops layer citrus rind and herbal complexity over a clean malt base.

Entry is smooth with tropical and piney hop flavors immediately present, transitioning into grapefruit bitterness and pineapple sweetness across the mid-palate. The Vienna and Pilsner malts provide a light honey sweetness that balances the 80 IBU bitterness, while the 9% ABV adds warmth without harshness. Finish carries earthy, resinous qualities with lingering citrus and subtle hop bite.
