The nose leads with bright citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit pith—layered over tropical stone fruit and subtle pineapple from the American hop charge. A clean malt foundation provides minimal sweetness, allowing the dry-hop character to dominate without astringency. No yeast-derived esters or phenolics intrude.

Entry is crisp and hop-forward, with citrus and tropical notes asserting themselves across the palate. The mid-palate balances a restrained malt sweetness—gentle caramel undertone—against a mounting, clean bitterness that builds steadily without harshness.
