Pale golden hue with bright clarity and excellent light transmission. The head is white and compact, settling quickly but leaving persistent lacing on the glass. Fine carbonation creates steady streams of bubbles rising through the translucent body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with clean citrus peel—lemon and grapefruit zest—backed by tropical stone fruit notes that suggest mango and peach. American hop character dominates without harshness; underlying pale malt provides a subtle sweetness that grounds the aromatic profile without competing.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with bright citric acidity and moderate tropical fruit sweetness before a firm, measured bitterness takes hold in the mid-palate. The finish stays dry and crisp, with lasting hop bitterness that builds gradually without astringency. Malt structure remains restrained, allowing the Edelhopfen character full expression.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste is clean and bone-dry, with lingering grapefruit bitterness and a subtle herbal edge that fades evenly over thirty seconds. No residual sweetness or malt warmth remains—an honest, refreshing conclusion.
