The nose displays medium intensity, leading with clean grain and malt notes. Freshly baked bread and subtle sweet sponge cake aromas emerge, creating a warm, inviting bouquet. No aggressive hop character intrudes; instead, a light floral undertone provides gentle complexity without dominating the profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry shows a fuller body characteristic of the Heller Bock style, with malt sweetness forming the foundation. Mid-palate reveals a balanced interplay between that sweetness and a medium, clean bitterness. A light herbal hop note provides definition without harshness, finishing dry and crisp for a beer of this gravity.

The finish is of moderate length, with lingering malt sweetness and gentle herbal bitterness. The aftertaste remains clean and drying, leaving no cloying residue.
