Dominion City Brewing has been brewing in Ottawa's east end since 2014, with a range built around IPAs, lagers and barrel-fermented one-offs. The beers lean on Ontario-grown raw materials: hops from a family farm on the shores of Lake Erie, barley malted in Mississippi Mills and north of Belleville, foraged ingredients and wild yeast captured together with partners in Kitigan Zibi, and grape juice from a Prince Edward County winery for the Wilderness Gothic series. Each beer page lists its fermentables, hops, adjuncts and yeast.
