Sugarloaf
Sugarloaf is a hazy, heavily dry-hopped IPA at a moderate 4.3 per cent. Citrus, tropical notes and stone fruit carry the aroma and the taste alike. Wheat and oats in the grist give a creamy mouthfeel, and the bitterness is kept low at 20 IBU so that the hop character stays in front. Idaho 7, Chinook, Sabro and Citra are the hops, with a little Cara Ruby alongside the pale malt.
