A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and brightness. A compact white head sits above the liquid, showing good initial retention and fine lacing on the glass as the beer is consumed. The carbonation appears well-integrated, with a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is characteristically delicate and spicy, leading with a floral and herbal quality typical of noble hops. Soft bread-like malt notes emerge beneath, accompanied by a light peppery spiciness that suggests authentic Bavarian brewing tradition. No sharp or aggressive notes; instead, a clean, well-balanced aromatic profile that invites further exploration.

The palate enters soft and approachable, with bread-like malt sweetness forming the foundation. A fine and rounded hop flavour unfolds on the first sip, delivering subtle bitterness balanced by a gentle spiciness that runs through the mid-palate. The malt character remains mild and never cloying, allowing the delicate interplay of flavours to develop naturally.
