Bright amber hue with a characteristic opal haze from the unfiltered lager yeast suspension. A stable, fine-pored head forms atop the beer and clings persistently to the glass with each sip. The cloudiness is integral to the style, creating a luminous rather than murky visual impression.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with fresh fruit notes—ripe stone fruit and subtle citrus—layered beneath a delicate noble-hop character. Dark Munich malt contributes a soft caramel undertone, while the rare Hallertauer Record hop variety adds herbal refinement without aggressive aromas. The overall impression is clean and balanced, with no harsh solvent or yeast-driven notes.

◐ Taste

Full-bodied and smooth on entry, with caramel malt sweetness forming the backbone of the palate. A pleasant bready character emerges in the mid-palate, supported by the complex interplay of pale Pilsner and dark Munich malts. Balanced hop bitterness—moderate at 25 IBU—arrives cleanly on the finish without dominating, leaving the malt-forward character intact.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with noble-hop bitterness lingering gently into the aftertaste. The lager character remains crisp throughout, allowing the malt sweetness to fade gracefully without cloying.
