Meckatzer Hell
A Bavarian-style Helles that the brewery brought back into its range in 2017 after a long break. It is bright and pale with stable foam, round and slender on the palate, lightly spicy and with only a restrained hop note; bitterness stays low at 15 units. Tettnang aroma hops and pale malts from Upper Swabian summer barley are used, fermentation runs cold with the house yeast, and the beer then conditions for more than four weeks. Original gravity is 11.5 °P.
