Meckatzer Leichtes Hell

Germany·Light Lager
Tap to rate

The lighter sibling of the brewery's Helles, brewed to 7.9 °P and 3.2 % ABV – about a third less alcohol than the regular version. Gold in colour with fine white foam, it has a fresh, mineral aroma with floral hints. A creamy first sip leads into a slim malt body with grainy, cereal notes, set against a finely herbal bitterness. For a light beer it comes across as noticeably spicy. It was previously sold as Leichtes Helles.
